Welcome to Leona’s Mosaic World.  The Mermaid Tales exhibition will be my third artistic effort exploring the themes of love, loneliness, loss and spiritual union that often characterise the transgender experience.  These themes are also familiar and relevant to non-transgender individuals who may have felt alienated from their immediate world at some point in their lives. 

My first foray into the artistic world was marked by the publication of my autobiography From Leonard to Leona, followed by last year’s sold-out Ah Kua Show.  Since then, I’ve been devoting my time to developing a series of 10 mosaic panels for the art exhibition tentatively scheduled for the middle of next year.

Currently, my mosaic art works are not for sale, but I’m developing a series of mosaic art cards for purchase.
